How to Use

  4. 4 Set point length — Choose how long each bullet point should be: Short (~60 chars), Medium (~120 chars), or Long (~200 chars).

How does auto extraction work?

Auto mode uses smart heuristics to identify key points in your text. It looks for:

  • Existing bullet points or numbered lists
  • Sentences starting with keywords like "First", "Important", or "Key"
  • Sentences containing colons (often introduce key information)
  • Shorter, punchier sentences

What output formats are supported?

Export your bullet points in three formats:

  • Plain Text: Uses your chosen bullet symbol, ready to paste anywhere
  • Markdown: Compatible with GitHub, Notion, Obsidian, and other markdown tools
  • HTML: With proper <ul> or <ol> tags for web pages

Can I customize the bullet style?

Yes! Choose from six bullet styles: standard bullet (•), dash (-), asterisk (*), arrow (→), checkmark (✓), or numbered (1, 2, 3). For numbered lists, you can also set the starting number.

Is there a limit to text length?

There is no hard limit, but very long texts may take a moment to process. For best results, keep your input under 10,000 characters. The tool processes everything locally in your browser — no data is sent to any server.
